In this context, Many services are provided to employer companies in terms of Labor Law such as management of the process regarding the personnel files of the current employees of the company and working in coordination with the relevant units of the company in this regard, preparing the employment contracts and termination of these contracts; management of the agreed termination process of the senior management, informing the client company on legal amendments and providing trainings when necessary, following up and finalizing the intermediation processes.

In addition to this, following up the intermediation process and lawsuits in terms of finalizing the requests of the employees from their employers within the scope of the Labor Law No. 4857 and the relevant legislation; any kind of requests, follow-up and finalization of lawsuits in relation to compensation arising from occupational accidents are amongst our activities.
